Special email shortcodes

I am trying to setup my email management for the auction (which I am kind of surprised they don’t come prepopulated). Anyway, when trying to send emails for outbid notice, auction item winners, etc.. there are no “Special Email Shortcodes” listed for user outbidded and the auction finished emails. So how do I use the special shortcodes to send them an email? If a user is outbidded, I want to send an email to them telling them they have been outbid, what the current bid is, and a link to the item so they can place a higher bid if they want. Please help!
