Hi,

I’m trying to create a section in the submission form where a user can add their social networks

I want this to to be in a separate dropdown area (like the map) so when I create the relevant fields they will appear under the separate heading.

    In advance, thank you

    Hello Richard,
Why not simply use custom fields?(see attached image)

@Richard, you can separate customfields into ‘groups’ by placing a ‘Display Caption (Title Only)’ field in between them. Simply add a new custom field and select that field type from drop down.

    Hi Josh, Mark,

Be a perfectionist, I was trying to keep things in uniformity by wanting to keep SN in their own tab.

But, if I can’ achieve this then yes, your right, I could create custom fields.

Also, I was hoping to then employ sn buttons withing the listing itself.
I would have thought though, that such would have been a standard inclusion in the theme.

Regards and thank you both 😉

    Hi,

    Okay, I created the fields…

Is it possible to assign the relevant icons i.e. twitter and face book to each?

    Many Thanks

    include by html as simply,

    <a href="[your-fblink-customfield]"><img src="https://fb-icon-link" /></a>

Use it, where you want to display them.

Add a html code as your custom field ‘Display Caption’ eg
