    This may help (copied from another thread):
    You need to turn on Sidebars in Mobile devices.Go to General Setup >General Settings >Mobile Display > Show Sidebars (if available) =ON
    To display menu in Mobile Devices you need to create a Mobile Device Menu.Go to Appearance >Menus then create a mobile menu and select “Mobile Device Navigation”
