Site not displaying properly on mobile

Hi everyone

This has been discussed before in another topic but because it came to nothing I decided to start a new thread for this.
My site shoppingdeals4u.com (responsive coupon theme) does not display properly on mobile devices.

In the General Setup I have Display Sidebars and Menu Open both enabled but if you look at the site on a mobile device (in my case iPhone 5) the sidebar on the right does not display as well as the Top Menu.

It shows the logo, then the Metaslider, then the Content. My entire sidebar (made up of widgets) and top menu are gone. Does anyone how I can fix this? As said it’s enabled in the menu. In the future I’d like to start charging for banner placements and I can’t do that if they’re not showing on mobile.

In my CSS there is some code around mobile, does this need changes?
