Simple edits where are they? V9

So in templates, you have wording, such as the “About Us” page says

I tried to change the wording in Elementor and doesn’t change, how do I simple edit the wording that is in the template – Nothing on the page is able to change with Elementor, can’t click on anything just add items. I am beginning to despise Elementor, I have had to remove it from so many of my client’s websites for causing issues with other themes and still stunned it was picked as an editor for Premium Press. I have tried to use it, tried to like it and give it many tries but constantly run into roadblocks of it not working intuitively.
