Showing all details on a listings description.

Where/how does one set or modify the items shown in a listings desctiption.
Currently the site seems to only show country and state in the listings description and users have to click the details tab to get all the info.

I thought it should just automatically pull this information from the fields that are filled in when the listing is created, e.g phone, website etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
