Should we move from DT 8.9.7 into DT9 knowing the lack of features?

Hi,

We just installed the DT9 in a vanilla site for testing. Just to know how it works and what are the main differences between the DT 8.9.7 which is FULL of features.

However, I’m afraid that the new DT9 seems to be missing a LOT of features in comparison with the old DT 8.9.7 and we are just wondering if in fact we should move from 8.9.7 into 9. Specifically, its missing advertising options in the homepage as well as options to modify the homepage layout, jumbotron-like.

Should we move from 8.9.7 into DT9, yes or no, why? Please comment.
