Sharing Revenue in directory theme

I have a grass cutting business listing site that gets a tremendous amount of traffic from eager customers, who want their grass cut. I wanted to be able to split the revenue with the actual grass cutting business that does the work.

For instance, customer lands on my site, select the grass cutting company on my site, and then pay for it on my site. The company gets the notification of a new paid lead from my site.

We split the revenue, I get 30% for sending the paid lead, and he gets 70%. Anyone know a merchant account or software that splits the revenue in real-time or within 24 hours.

This will probably entice more businesses to sign up because there isn’t any listing fees. Plus I don’t make money unless they make money.

Anyone know how I can go about getting this done on my site.
