In our niche, there are a number of Services available. We’ve narrowed it down to 12 of the primary services.

What’s the best way to implement the following:
Free Listings – Select and Display up to 3 Services
Basis Listings – Select and Display up to 6 Services
Silver Listings – Select and Display up to 9 Services
Gold Listings – Select and Display up to 12 Services
