Send email upon approving/publishing free listing

    I would like to send an email automatically upon approving/publishing a pending listing. I don’t see a trigger for this in the email setup. Is there a good way to accomplish this.

    Basically, I want encourage folks with FREE listing to upgrade by sending an email upon approval.
