Searching by city and state?

I am new to WordPress and the Directory theme. On my site https://directory.bodylabusa.com I have a search box on the home page on the right. I can seem to search by type of service but I cannot search by city or state and the few listings I have do have city and state listed. When I search for Fargo for example , I get nothing. Can someone please explain to me step by step how to make it where users can searching using that block by a city or state or whatever keyword they may be searching for? I have read posts. help articles and watched videos until I am blue in the face and loved this theme since it was so easy to set up but having problems here. Step by step instruction would be appreciated for this is all new to me!
