Search results not displaying listings when there should be at least one.

The search says”We have found 5 items matching your search.” but no listings are displayed on the search results page. This only happens with certain terms. If you type in “bill”. There should be at least one listing under bill. His listing comes up under his last name. Most other terms are working. Here is a link to the site: https://www.sfahba.org/directory/

Has anyone else had this happen and found a resolution?
