Search Broken!

Hi guys this is very urgent we want to launch on sunday and i hope someone can help me!

I am not sure but i think the mainsearch of the classified theme is buggy and this is a heavy problem for me!

Please have a look at the picture: if i use the search for category i get results. And also if i use the search for zip and distance it works.
But if i search a combination of both (category and zip) i get 0 results. I taught it is a plugin problem but also if i deactivate al plugins it didn’t work.

It seems to be broken also in the DEMOPAGE of premiumpress https://www.premiumpress.com/demowebsite/?t=classifiedstheme

Can someone help me???
Also if someone has a solution to remove the category’s from search this is already a solution. I know the code is in _functions.php but i have no idea what to remove.
