So I was struggling with Search s I went on line to find someone with more PP experience than me – that could almost be anyone on earth !

He told me that to implement Search would take 26-28 hours – which surprised me.

All I need to do is have candidates seek jobs via custom field entries – which I think I have done and recruiters carry out a search that might delve into their actual CVs.

I know there are search widgets but have not worked out how they end up on some pages and not others. I do not see it being obvious when I go to each page – do i need to toggle between text and visual?

and is 26-28 hours realistic ? I asked him how long for Listing and he said 8-10 hours. I have done that myself with zero experience in less than 2 (plus a load of learning and video time)
