Screen Options, Listing Options disabled

    Hi,

    I am having problem in Directory Listing. When I try to add or edit a listing, Listing Options and Screen Option are not working. See attached files.

    I have upgraded my WP to 3.8. Would this be the cause ?

    Please advise
