Responsive Job Board Theme Questions

Hello, I recently bought the Responsive Job Board theme and wanted to ask if there are any ways to remove these options in the job board theme:

1)When adding a new listing you have to select job type (Full-Time, Part-Time, etc) can I remove this option?
2) In the My Account area remove My Accepted Jobs and Jobs Applied for? Or at least rename them
3)Is it possible to just turn off the whole proposal system, it doesn’t work for I am going for and would like people to get in touch just through personal messages
4) And that brings me to the last question. When I go to see someone’s listing can I hide the user’s who posted e-mail? As I would really like people to contact each other only through the website messaging system. Well at least for the first time.

If any of these can be solved and someone could explain it would great.
