responsive 6.5.7 partial theme options after upgrade

    hi. i just upgraded from responsive 6.5.6 to 6.5.7 and now most options within the “theme options” are gone.. i don’t have any plugins installed, latest wordpress version. i also deleted the theme and re-installed without luck! what to do? see attached. thanks. B
