Reset Password Link

I’m using the DT and my site is almost done. I installed a plugin “Ultimate Member”, to give me the desired “profile form” for users, but my Register and Login forms remain the WP forms. My problem is: I tried resetting my password as a subscriber from the Reset Password button, I was directed to where to input email or username so the password reset link can be sent to me. After I receive the link and click on it, I was directed to where to enter NEW password, after confirming the password and hitting the “Change my Password” button, nothing happens.

The same page opens again to input NEW password and confirm password.

How can I get this problem solved.
