Hi guys,
Unless there is something I am missing the renewal system seems a bit confused.
A user adds a listing and can renew the listing at any time. However if they relist it half way through the ad it renews from that point on my system? in other words if they were just over half way through a 30 day listing and knew they were going away on holiday for 2 weeks and didn’t want the listing to end… they click renew and the listing only adds 15 days to the expiry. In other words they have paid twice for the last 2 weeks ??? I do not understand this and I am hopeful there is a setting for it I have missed.
Secondly, on the same note – how can I add an auto renew option for trade advertisers. So lets say a trade advertiser has a given membership package for 30 days. How can I set it up where they pay every 30 days and the membership automatically renews? Either by direct debit or a payment gateway such as worldpay for example.
