Removing the map on search

Evening all,

When viewing all listings, I’ve managed to hide Google Maps at the top of the results. Therefore not showing each listing’s exact location. But when searching for a specific set of listings (such as a postcode) the map is displayed at the top of the page with the listing’s exact location shown.

Any ideas on how to fully hide Google Maps? I’ve noticed there’s a “Display” view option when searching for listings, and clicking on this does remove the map.. But cant find out how to make this a permanent/default thing when searching for listings?
