Removing or editing the "5 Steps" in the Add_Listing page

Hi everyone!

When you go to this link and click “Create Listing”:
https://usedcarshutchinson.com/add-listing/

You’ll get the 5 steps of adding a listing to the site. My question is this:

1. Is there anyway possible, and secret or tip or trick, to change the requirement in step 1 to create a Username? I’d really really like to have users register just with an email address.

2. What would be your suggestions or advice on removing the Appear/Disappear feature when you click on any of the 5 steps? What I mean is I’d rather just have the steps all show up on the page at one time, without having to click the step and then have the information in the step show up on the page. Hopefully that makes sense.

To put it another way on my question #2, when you click “2. Listing Description”, it opens it up, but all of the other 4 questions will minimize and disappear. I want them all showing at the same time and no minimizing / maximizing to occur.

I was told in a previous question I had that to edit this page would be the dealer_defaults file. If that is the case, I’m looking for any help as far as where specifically to look in that file. (I have very little coding experience so was hopeful for a specific line or something to look for.)
