Removing expired listings from the homepage only

Hi all

I use Coupon Theme 8.2 on shoppingdeals4u.com and I would like to have expired deals to not show on the homepage, but still show everywhere else.
There have been some posts about this theme but I haven’t been able to find the answer I am looking for.

1) My expiry rule is to move all expired listings to a category called Expired Voucher Codes. This works well. The rule for the homepage is that it only shows Frontpage Enhanced listings. The question is how to automatically remove the Frontpage Enhanced from listings that have expired so they don’t show on the homepage? Or any other fix that reaches the same result.

Please note I don’t want to hide the expired listings all together, especially not from the store page. I just don’t want them to show on the homepage.

2) I have a Category Widget on the homepage. Here I want to show all categories except Expired Voucher Codes. How is that achieved?
