Remove Swipe to Add Favorites on Mobile

Is there a way to remove the “add favorites” function on a search result on the mobile version? It seems too sensitive and swipes the listing to the right and opens the “add favorites” function when you’re simply scrolling through the listings. Once you open the listing it is fine to have the option to select “add favorites” but on the search result it’s too sensitive.
