Remove coupon type from drop down list (Printable Coupon)

Hello, I have searched and cannot find a simple or clear solution to this. I really need to removed the option for Printable Coupon from the submission form. Firstly, it does not work. The print window keeps refreshing so that it is impossible to print it, secondly, it’s not really needed for my market (though I would leave it if the option worked).

I simply want to remove is from the listbox on the submission form. I don’t need help removing all of the printable coupon options from the entire theme. Where is this list stored in the files? Where can I go to alter just this one field on the form so that it does not include the Printable Coupon option?
