Registered member submission settings

I would like my registered users to be able to add their own coupons to my site, with their registration name linked to their store.

For example, when “Bob” from ‘ABC Stores’ logs in to add a coupon, the store listing will be prepopulated and only allow Bob to enter coupons for his store. I am sure this is possible, but I welcome suggestions on the mechanics of making this happen.
