Question about the search

I have the new responsive classified theme and am using the new day child theme. I would like to have the search that came pre-installed on the parent theme before I started using the New Day child theme.

I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know how I can add that search to the New Day theme? I would like to have option to display it on all pages or just home page.
