Purchased Coupon Theme and it looks nothing like the demo?

Hi,

I purchased the responsive coupon theme and installed it on my godaddy dashboard and it looks nothing like the preview? I don’t know what to do here, I live chatted before I bought the site because this is my first go at a website and I am not techy at all and was assured it was easy click and install and it would appear exactly as live preview. Not the case at all, it almost looks like a completely different website all together. Would never be able to tell this is a coupon site. I have been trying to live chat all day and it keeps saying all operators are busy…can anyone help me out here and explain it in laymans terms, I don’t understand all the lingo. Thanks in advance.
