Product Submission

Is there a way to charge people to add products to our store similar to posting a classifieds to our site?

Similar to other sites like cafepress that let people create product pages that can send people to directly and their product shows up in the main shopping site.

They would get to set their payment processor like paypal id and they would get notified of a sale and have to do the product fulfilment.

If its not available here can anyone recommend a solution that does?
