Problem using custom checklist

I created a custom field with the dbkey named pago. I used this as field type with field values. I’m trying to use for a payment method (visa, mastercard, amex).

I’m using this as shortcode [FIELDS show=”pago”] and what it shows is the field table that says pago in one side and array on the other side. Image attached.

Any help in how to fix this?
