Price package

Okay so I have the Pricing up and configured the paid ones , but with the free one, I only want to allow 1 categories but I cant seem to get it right , on the add listing page keeps giving me 10 categories can any one help? my site is http://www.cityseekers.co.za .
Oh yes if please use username demo and password demo123 to play around with the site, also please don’t post listings for the site is for south Africa only if you have a relevant business in south Africa feel feel to post, but please create a user name .
