"Please upload a display image" error message for user to edit their profile

    My website is almost where I need it to be, but I have one problem.

    After a user submits a profile and it is approved at admin level. If they back and change anything (add a category, different content for example), they get a popup error message that says “please upload a display image.”

    Display image already in place and no way to get by this error or update their profile.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.
