This is a new site and once I was happy with the way it was going I purchased a domain name and applied it to the subdirectory on my host where the wp installation is located.
public_html/BestInWorthing/ the domain name is bestinworthing.co.uk
I changed the settings in the dashboard and everything was working fine for several hours – logging in logging out – no problem.
This morning when I try to access using the domain name or the full path I get the following message:-
Warning: require_once(/home/absol832/public_html/BestInWorthing/wp-content/themes/DT/framework/class/class_core.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/absol832/public_html/BestInWorthing/wp-content/themes/DT/framework/_config.php on line 52
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/absol832/public_html/BestInWorthing/wp-content/themes/DT/framework/class/class_core.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/absol832/public_html/BestInWorthing/wp-content/themes/DT/framework/_config.php on line 52
I cannot log into the site or access it in any way without the above message.
I am assuming it is a file path issue and wanted therefore to correct it.
I have access to the database through php admin if that helps but to be honest do not know where to start in there 🙁
I logged into my host control panel but am unable to access the class_core.php file in any way – I cannot copy it and if I change the file permissions it simply changes back again.
Am I on the right track please as I am now out of ideas – is there another solution or am I being a complete numpty….
I hope someone can find an easy solution for this.
