PayPal popup encryption third parties

I am using the responsive shop theme. When I make a payment via PayPal I get redirected to the callback page. But before I go there I get a popup saying something about encryption and third parties can view your data. If I click okay before I get redirected the call back page will say thank you. If I don’t and let the redirect happen and click the okay button after I get a message on the the callback page saying the transaction faile and your account wasn’t charged. I have redirect turn on and no token being passed in PayPal.

How can this be fixed?
