Payment with Paypal – not reflected in order history

Hi
Am testing with paypal for payment from responsive 8.9 directory.
When I pay using my sandbox account (with Premimum press in Test mode)
– payment is successful but there are 2 problems –
1. After going to paypal – it does not return to my main site.
2. The payment is not reflected in Order History.

When I log in as user again , it asks to pay membership again.

Pls advice
