Paid listings still requiring manual approval

Hello all,

I’ve searched here before, but I’m still having issues. My paid listings are still not going live automatically. The option in Listing Setup is turned off, and it shouldn’t be requiring my approval, but it still does. Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?
