I was told by Marie on Chat help, she said there are bugs, and that was 3 weeks ago and still no update
thanks, didn’t know what was supposed to happen…
I’m leaning toward going with another page builder and using shortcodes.

The Page Builder is still under development hence some features might not work as expected
Apologies for any inconvenience caused
January 2018 and still not working in the Shop module!
try using PHP version 7.0 or lower i.e 6.9 and MySQL 5.4 see if it loads.
Are u using https? If so then that could be the problem.
The Prebuilt layout does an external http call via ajax. When that happens it results in a mixed content error and your browser will block it — hence the infinite spinner.
PremiumPress seriously should consider using https for their domain.
Nonetheless, there are a few workaround solutions.
PremiumPress is not a secured site, it doesnt uphold security protocals
In 2018 on the internet using https is mandatory now unless you don’t want your site indexed by search engines moving forward into the future.
http sites are still indexed at the moment but over time they will not be.
instead a warning ill appear on all non https sites.
I am not sure if you are directing your original reply to someone else (since it was specifically calling me out by name) because my reply was indicating that PremiumPress needs to go https — meaning, we are in total agreement.
Excellent reply though. Let’s just hope the real people who should be taking what you and I said seriously — Mark Fail and his staff — decides to read it, which apparently is very unlikely
But nonetheless, if the OP is having issues with his/her prebuilt layout display it could be because of this since many sites are now https, excluding PP.
@Jonathon, Actually I should have read your post properly the first time, as well as at least finish my coffee to wake me up! lol.
I was originally directing it at you, however after I pressed reply, I thought to myself,
“oh shit… you idiot Liz” !! ha ha ha didn’t read your post properly, therefore I edited my post. Sorry for any confusion, and yes you are right we both agree
