Page a page scroll at bottom of Coupon Theme?

    I am using:
    Coupons Orange – PremiumPress Child ThemeVersion: 1.0
    By Mark Fail
    This is a child theme for the PremiumPress responsive framework.

    ON the home page, is there a way to scroll to the next page of coupons?
    I see where you can list how many appear on home page, however, no way to scroll to the next page… I’m sure I’m missing something.
    Thanks so much for any guidance you can provide.
