Out of date plugin information ??

I’m still attempting to set up the Directory theme 3 weeks after installing it. Simple issues are often unresolved bugs. I just clicked on add ‘terms and conditions’ plugin and got a webpage telling me the information on it was out of date!

Can someone please guide me to what I do? Should I create a page of my own and try and figure out how to link to it or is there a plugin for responsive Directory Theme version 8.9?
