Order manager has no details

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help. On my new website takeaway-marketing.online I have products setup for a takeaway but when I proceed to place the order, the order details are blank. The email is also blank, as is the invoice.

On a side note, I wondered if there was any way of having an automated email sent out that would include both the order details and delivery address, this email would go directly to an ~HP wireless printer in the kitchen so orders were immediately available.

Pulling my hair out here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
