Only show Female Listings on Home Page

I’m using the dating theme. On our home page, we have 3 tabs which are displaying Newest Members, Recently Logged In and Most Viewed Members.

We only want to show Female Members. I went to:

Theme Options / Page Setup / Home Page Tab / Display Setup Tab

I clicked on the Tabs Object to edit. Under Tab1 which is for Newest Members, I see this string:
order=desc&orderby=rand&posts_per_page=8

What should the string be if I only wanted to show members are only Female?
