number of listing for membership packages

hi,
Q1 if i set a membership package linked to a “all featured listing package” and in the membership pack for 1 year, max number of listings = 50, does it means that for a whole year, the user can only post max 50 listing, or after he published his 50 featured listings he will still be able to add listing but with standard settings ? (not featured)

Q2 and is it 50 listings in all for 1 year or 50 max published at the same time ?
