Not able to go into Author dashboard and sections in Directorypress

I have started using directorypress responsive theme for the last few days and found it very interesting. Apart from my admin account, I created one more account to submit listings and see how it works. When I am logged in as another user, I can see the links “Dashboard”, “Notifications” and “My Favorites” on the top right of the page. But when I click on those links, it does not go to those respective page and rather just stays on the home page of the directory.

Why is it happening so? Is there any other settings that I need to change through my admin panel? Kindly advice..
