Non Icodes

Is there any users that do not use Icodes and and has several affiliate subscriptions with all of the leading publishers. I’m just finding too many headaches with I-codes and was wondering if anyone only uploads through CSV files? If so how often and do you have any suggestions on the easiest way to do so. I’m also more than likely going to put a job post up for someone to handle this for me on a ongoing month to month contract base.
