No Star Ratings on Listing Carousel on Home Page

    I am currently on the Responsive Theme 6.5.7 and using the Directory theme with the Lifty child theme. On the Listing Carousel on the home page the star ratings are not showing. Instead I see something like the following:
    [starrater tpl=10 style=’oxygen’ size=’16’]. Any ideas on how to fix it?
