No space to add phone number in a new loisting

I’ve just updated and moved Directory Press to a clean install. I have one last issue before going live. The space for the telephone number is on the listing but there is no input box.

Looking at the page source there is none. I can clearly see the code for the address box above. Any ideas which file I need to fix?? This is 6.5.6 responsive – I can’t see a listing under responsive on my dropdown.
