There have been a lot of support requests about this so it will be easier if I explain it once for anyone having this problem

Each listing can have membership package assigned which means that only users who are registered with this membership package can view it. You can see current memberships assigned to listing in Page Access tab when editing a listing from admin. From this section, you can control and change membership packages for listings depending on which group of users you would like to be able to see it. If you would like listing to be viewed by everyone, select All Membership Access

If you want to keep all your future listings to be viewed by everyone, in General setup > Submission Settings and Membership Access section select All Membership Access also and save changes

There is however confusion in cases when you don’t see these options but you still get No Access message. This happens because you previously had Membership packages enabled and assigned to these listings so now system will still check for that membership and display No Access message

In this case you will have to add one example membership from Listing Setup > Memberships and than do the options above to assign correct membership access. After that’s done, remove this example membership package that you added and memberships will be completely disabled

    Hope this helps 🙂
