News Block Gone in My Account – DT

Today we lost our news block which is usually on the right within our my account area. This is important as we use it to share new with our members. How did it just disappear in a few hours?

See 2 images…we also notice the NEWS button is backwards in “theme setup / user set-up / user account” as seen in the image.

Please help we tried checking general theme / page and button links, user setup – user account and blog assignment button.
