New Order Email

Is it possible to set up the emails (in the new responsive shopperpress) to get a copy of the new order email, with the order data, etc before completed payment ?

I have a number of customers who ‘abandon’ the shoppingcart when they get to payment and call for advice – would help to have their original order. It was available in the old shopperpress but not the new one.
