Hi Mark, Glad to hear from you.

1. I have added a screen of how the Email distribution worked in my old DP V7 site (attachment 1). It meant we could select certain groups of users to send emails to.
There was also the option to send standard or personalised emails to individual Members. In RT we can send individual emails via Listing Manager but I don’t see a way to send bulk emails by group.

2. Now that I have your attention can you please let me know why all of a sudden my private email message no longer works? I did pose the question in the forums hoping one of our fellow members could assist but no such luck. In the screen you can see the settings for the email, below is an example of how message is seen by author/owner

It does show which listing but that is irrelevant if no contact or subject can be seen.
