New 8.4 DT with Multisite WordPress

    I have WordPress Version 4.2.4 and I completely deleted the previous DT theme (8.3) using ftp and uploaded the new 8.4 DT theme.

    None of the toggle buttons work. Such as to choose “Responsive” Design or Home Page Editor – “Enable Editor”

    I have deactivated all plugins but it still does not work.

    I installed DT 8.4 to a test site that is not multisite and it works great.

    There must be a conflict somewhere. Is it possible that having a multisite install is the problem?
